Lucie is a first-year ordinand at Ripon College Cuddesdon, outside Oxford, studying for a diploma in Theology, Ministry and Mission. She is particularly enjoying her time in the benefice seeing at first hand the distinctive nature of the rural church and the patterns of its worship and ministry. Taking part in a variety of church and community services and events, she is grateful to reflect on the importance of place, local community, the church buildings and the occasions rural communities celebrate.

She enjoys walking with the family dog and wild swimming - usually in the river Cam.
